Leaving a Quantifiable, Precise Mark on Cigarette Packaging
Embossing rolls are precision-engineered from a matching set of convex and concave metal wheels. The convex wheel features a modular design consisting of a central embossing wheel and two side-meshing wheels, ensuring that the aluminum foil is subjected to uniform force during the embossing process, resulting in clear patterns and precise dimensions. Each embossing roll undergoes dynamic balancing tests and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) inspections, creating a fully traceable quality record throughout the entire production process.

Precision Manufacturing Processes
Every step of the process, from raw materials to finished products, is traceable.
01 · Cutting and Rough Machining
Seamless steel tubes and 45# round bars are cut to size, welded together, and then annealed to relieve internal stresses.
02 · Finishing and Grinding
The surface roughness of the working surface is ≤1.6 μm, and the bearing mating surfaces are machined to k6 precision.
03 · Pattern Engraving
This is achieved using direct laser engraving, CNC engraving, or chemical or electrolytic etching processes.
04· Hard Chrome Plating
With a thickness of 0.03–0.05 mm and a hardness of HRC 58–62, this significantly enhances wear and corrosion resistance.
05 · Dynamic Balancing
Static and dynamic balancing are performed item by item, with coaxiality ≤ 0.02 mm, ensuring smooth, vibration-free operation at high speeds.
06 · Final Inspection and Delivery
Critical dimensions are verified using a coordinate measuring machine, and a comprehensive quality inspection report covering the entire process is provided with the shipment.
