Leaving a Quantifiable, Precise Mark on Cigarette Packaging
Embossing rolls are precision-engineered from a matching set of convex and concave metal wheels. The convex wheel features a modular design consisting of a central embossing wheel and two side-meshing wheels, ensuring that the aluminum foil is subjected to uniform force during the embossing process, resulting in clear patterns and precise dimensions. Each embossing roll undergoes dynamic balancing tests and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) inspections, creating a fully traceable quality record throughout the entire production process.

01 · 下料与粗加工
无缝钢管与45#圆钢切料，焊接组合后退火消除内应力。
02 · 精车与磨削
工作面粗糙度≤1.6μm，轴承配合位按k6精度加工。
03 · 花纹雕刻
采用激光直雕、数控雕刻或化学、电解蚀刻工艺。
04 表面镀硬铬
厚度 0.03–0.05mm，硬度达 HRC58–62，大幅提升耐磨与耐腐蚀能力。
05 动平衡校正
静、动平衡逐项校正，同轴度≤0.02mm，保障高速运行平稳无振动。
06 终检与交付
三坐标测量复核关键尺寸，随货提供全流程质量检测报告。
